Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard shipping is free on all orders and typically arrives in 7–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and can be affected by customs processing and carrier delays during busy periods.

How we ship

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our supply partners. Shipping direct rather than warehousing stock is how we keep prices down, and it's why delivery takes longer than next-day domestic services.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking information can take 3–5 business days to begin updating after dispatch.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at contact.stirra@gmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it has been dispatched, and we aren't able to cover orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
